Return & Exchange Policies

RETURNS POLICY

We recommend trying on both shoes with all tags on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. We happily take back your item(s) if you do not want to keep it.
 If you believe you've received an incorrect or defective item, we'd like to make it right for you. Please give us a call at 713-270-0600 or contact us through eBay.

 

RETURN CONDITION

Please make sure ALL following requirements are MET before you return the item(s):

  1.  Items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days from the purchase date.
  2. Merchandises must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION with no signs of wearing.
  3. All original tags and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
  4. Brand new/ unaltered product-packaging and original boxes with outside shipping package to allow resale.
  5. The buyer is responsible for return charges.
  6. Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. All International orders sold outside the following countries are Final.
  8. No return on PPE equipment such as masks, isolation gown, thermometeretc..

SOCKS / UNDERWEAR RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons, all socks and underwear sales are final. If you need help to find the right size, please contact us and we will be happy to recommend based on the fitting guide. If an incorrect item was sent, please contact us.

 

REFUNDS

  • The refund will be the items cost, not shipping charges (in case of any). Return items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are credited via the original payment method within 1-5 business days of receipt to our warehouse and inspection.
  • Worn items with the exception of manufacture defects or the return requirements unmet will not be eligible to be returned and will be donated.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please return the item back to us and place a new order if you want to exchange. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs including the actual shipping costs to them. Items worn or not eligible to be returned will be donated.
